The ’24 Mirror Sauvignon Blanc is strikingly fresh, focused and albeit fun wine that sets itself apart with clarity and restraint. From the first swirl, it leaps from the glass with high-toned aromas of lime zest, sliced pineapples, and even a hint of torn mint. On the palate, it’s electric—zippy acidity slicing through flavors of Meyer lemon, white grapefruit, and again, as in the aromatics, a true tropical flamboyance. There is detail however that thrives on tension and precision, delivering a linear, clean profile that fully refreshes. Overall, this SB is total bliss! The finish is mouthwatering and dry, with a lingering note of canned pineapple, citrus pith and flinty minerality. I believe if well cellared this wine will drink well until 2030 and beyond without question.

OUR NEWEST RELEASE!
A beautifully poised expression of White Burgundy, this wine opens with a bright, crystalline citrus profile—lemon zest and mandarin peel dancing with vibrant acidity that immediately uplifts the palate. On the nose, delicate aromas of white florals float just above the surface, adding a subtle perfume that enhances its elegance without coming across overwhelming. The new oak is judiciously applied—more a whisper than a statement—bringing a soft creaminess and a hint of toast that rounds out the wine's precision with a gentle touch. The texture is silken, refined, with a mineral backbone that speaks to its terroir. A wine of finesse and quiet confidence, it lingers with a citrusy persistence inviting another sip. Perfectly balanced between vibrancy and depth, this is a mountain Chardonnay that speaks rather softly but leaves a lasting impression. I believe cellared correctly, this wine will age with grace over the next 10 to 15 years.

One can tell from the start by just looking that this black wonder is a racy, brooding and full of expression. On the nose, it bursts with intense aromas of black fruits—think ripe blackberries and luscious black cherries—intertwined with subtle notes of dark cherry that add complexity. A whisper of clove enhances the bouquet, lending an intriguing spice that complements the fruit.
In the mouth, the wine is plush and full-bodied, showcasing a rich tapestry of flavors that envelop the palate. The tactile mouthfeel is velvety, making each sip a luxurious experience. The fruit is abundant and ripe, with a depth that evolves beautifully, especially after being opened for 24 hours. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression of dark fruit and gentle spice that beckons you for another glass. This wine truly flourishes with time, revealing layers of flavor and texture that make it a memorable choice.
We believe cellared correctly, this wine will shine through 2038 and beyond.

Solely from the aromatics, one can tell there is excellent purity of fruit about to unfold from its broad nose to ripe palate. Rich in overall volume, this wine begins with aromatics of ripe raspberry, cola, and hints of tactile barrel vanillin, each in their own volley, lifting harmoniously from the glass. The fruit on the mouth is firm and full, but not intrusive. The palate begins with a cacophony of finesse-driven flavors typical in premium Francs that include hard cherry candy, cinnamon, sweet black fruit, and hints of Christmas spice. The acid tannin relationship is a pure marriage of velvet and silk. Cellared correctly, this wine will thrive and continue to improve for 8 to 12 years or longer.

Its vibrant acidity provides a lively structure that enhances the fruitiness and prolongs the finish, leaving a lingering impression of citrus and minerals. Pour on the intensity! This marvelously extracted Cabernet is full of wow factor. It begins dark and brooding in the glass, typical of the ’21 vintage throughout Napa Valley. 2021 will be long remembered for the intense drought that naturally thinned vineyards by way of smaller berry size and smaller clusters thus reducing yields in many vineyards by 40 to 70%. The result was profound color and extraction and this ’21 is no exception.
Beginning with a dark, brooding notes of kirsch, cassis, blackberry jelly jar, French barrel vanillin and rose potpourri each dance to fill the glass. As this wine opens, more surreal notes of black fruit, dried cherry, hints of tar and barrel toast come through on the palate. The acid lightly bounces from wall to wall in the mouth to allow a 2-minute glide on the finish. This is the making of a wonderful 15-to-20-year wine.

A breezy and bright rosé reflective of its origins on those sunny windswept slopes of the vineyard. Wafts of cherry skin, strawberry purée, and red hard candy pique the nose, while layers of lavender oil and sea salt slip over the tongue. Some wines have grip, this one has charge… it’s almost electric.
